Thanks for the reply
I have tried choking it makes no diffirence tried easy start petrol down barrell wondering if theres anything i could have done wrong installing the piston now i fitted it so arrow on piston crown was facing exhaust.I read somewhere if i put my finger over the plug hole and crank the engine it should blow my finger up off the hole,it doesnt have enough compression to do that any way?The reeds seem to be operating correctly surely it should fire if theres a spark and im putting fuel right into the barrell?
Poor kids been waiting months for a go on this lol

Did you lube the piston and cylinder for installation?
Seems the rings are not sealed enough to draw the fuel in. Put a dozen or so drops of 2cycle oil in the plug hole to see if that brings up the compression (blow finger off).

I did lube the piston and cylinder i used 10 40 engine oil tho?
Il try putting some oil in the hole and see if that helps tomorrow
There is 2 earth(ground wires) from battery connection 1 to engine and 1 to frame is that correct?
I also cleaned up the metal things that the magnets on the flywheel pass(srry dont know the name lol) as my brother said he didnt think the spark was that great and reckoned it should fire with a decent spark and fuel/easy start straight into the cylinder?
Cant understand it,carb is filling with fuel(fresh) inside carb is clean and jets are not blocked, new piston, rings and rebore reeds not cracked or anything there is a spark.
Mbe i should borrow a compression tester to rule that out?
Thanks a lot for your replys and trying to help me,its much appreciated

Never used a forum so sorry for jumping in realy hope you can help me ???
Hello I have a 2004 lt 80 . Bought it a none runner . Rebuilt top end piston rings gaskets cylinder machined at a local shop . As it had no compression and piston and cylinder in a bad way. Cleaned carb new plug cleaned out old fuel . New petcock, still won't start has a good spark and getting fuel will start if you spray wd40 straight into carb then cut out . On the right hand side of the engine fuel and 2t oil mix is coming out from behind the flywheel . So I think the crankshaft oil seal is in a bad way judging by the amount that is coming out ( a lot ) . Will this cause my none starting problem . I no I will have to replace it can I replace the seal without having to take the head back of , and without splitting the crankcase . The crankcase must be full of unburnt fuel . Thank you Lloyd

A bad seal deff could cause a no start problem.
You need to pull the flywheel (you'll need a 2 prong puller).
The seal simply pulls out and pushs in. I coat them w/grease when installing.
Use a Suzuki seal (a cpl bucks).
IMO, you should put both seals in. The clutchs will need serviced anyways.
