Either that or the sprague clutch (one-way bearing) for the starter motor.
I was also going to say it sounded like it was coming from the clutch bell. THere are not to many things other than the clutch bell that will make that exact type of tone. Nothing really to worry about...

You are hearing that after the engine is turned off. If you hear that ringing while it's still running under power, like idle or under throttle, then that would be abnormal...
