Well, I got my daughter's bike together and it turns out I forgot the thrust washer for the front clutch. It bored a hole in the fixed face plate, ground the splines down on the crank shaft, broke the key in the crank shaft, gouged the starter gear, and melted all the rollers in the front clutch. *sigh

I'm going to take the thing back apart and replace just about everything in the front half of the motor, except the piston and rings which only had about 30 minutes on them. Does anyone know where I can get a cranks from? Are they just the OEM cranks that are out there or are there aftermarket ones? Does anyone know where I can get a good price on one? I'm going to replace the whole thing, bearings, seals...everything.
