Default Eton 70 4 stroke smoking/CrankC Pressure

I have an Eton 70 Viper Miini 4 stroke. The last 2 times it was ridden I could see that it was smoking. So today I thought I should check the oil and when i went to unscrew the dip stick it started hissing and when I got it open it blew oil out of the hole.???? Anyone have any thoughts or ideas for me before i start thinking the worst? Is there a plugged crankcase vent by chance?? Ant help woul be great. Thanks Tom

I forgot to mention lastnight in my post. I bought it new and it is a few years old but realy not that much use.Hasnt been abused and has had regular maint. Should not be wore out or in need of a top end. Runs good. It had sat for a couple months lately and when we got it out of the garage a couple weeks ago is when i first saw the smoke. Then it seamed to clear up so I didnt think too much of it.Then yesterday the kids were riding again and smoking again so i decided to check the oil. Still running Great!! I havent checked the compression but seemed good. Fired right up and runs strong. Thanks Tom

I'd think it would have a crankcase vent somewhere.
