Quick question the motor that im looking at buying is air cooled and the motor i have has has oil cooler, can this part be interchanged or does the whole head have to be swapped? I would like to keep the oil cooler if possible. Thanks for replies.

I think it can be done. Check out the pitbike forums for adding an oilcooler. I am almost 100% positive you don't have to swap the heads. I don't think you'll find many with a bottom starter.
Check out this forum, lots of good info on the brand and few guys who actually have their kids race them:

Some updates, just movin along slowly but surely. My son wanted a different color so i decided to have him help me paint it for a good father son project, just have to finish the front plastics, also gonna do the front guard, handlebars, and nerfs green as well. We started adding some decals as well.
I was thinking of going bigger on the motor, possibly a 150CC. What motors would you recomend for a decent price, keep in mind my son is not racing.

Looking good. Is your son a seasoned rider? If not then, maybe the engine is good until his ridding skills improve. My son has a Eton 90R which easily can take on a 250lb rider. I think most performance gain and loss is in the gearing more than the size of the engine. I'm not an expert but that is just my guess.
