Default need help with my predator 90 please help!!!!

I have a 2006 90cc Polaris predator that wont stay running. I cleaned the carburetor and put a new stator in it and it only starts when choke is on and you have to shake the hell out of it to keep it running. I don't know what it could be please help, open to any suggestion thanks, Ron

Man you left it wide open and im not a great mechanic but...it needs 3 major things to run-gas,fire,and air.start with those.fresh gas after draining old,a clean plug, and no obstrustions w air.after that i would guess carb adjustments

I replaced Gas with Fresh, Replaced with new plug, cleaned out the carburetor with crab clean. Is there a stator gap requirement?

Moving this over to the kids section. Pretty sure the guys there can give you some ideas of what to check.

If you just hit the carb with some spray cleaner... it wasn't enough.

These carbs need to soak in carb cleaner for 24 hrs. Buy yourself a gallon container from your local auto-parts store. Take the carb completely apart, Carefully remove gaskets and o-rings. Remove all jets and the float. On the idle adjust and air screw, tighten them completely down while counting the number of 1/2 turns. Write that number down for both and then completely remove the screws. carefull, as there are typically springs and o-rings in there too. Take everything metal, including the screws, and put it all in the basket that came with the gallon container. IMPORTANT - Go do something else for the next 12-24 hrs.
Take the basket out and dump all the parts on a clean shop cloth or paper towel. Spray everthing down with carb cleaner. Shoot all of the main body orifices with the straw, then hit all of the ports, holes, pipes with compressed air. Do the same with all of the jets. Hold the jets up and make sure you can see light through all holes and through the jets.
Put everything back together. Screw the idle and air screws back down and then back off the number of 1/2 turns you wrote down.

While you're at it, replace your gas lines and the inline filter.
