Help withLT50

Started down the mod path with this little guy and it is running like crap. Got an adapter to run the K&N filter with outerwear, rejetted to a 70 main jet, looked like 2nd pilot was already removed by previous, moved clip all the way to the top(closest to the spring) all restricters out and FMF full exhaust. It will start and idle fine but the secind I put a load on it, it bogs and dies? Help please. What did I do wrong? Oh yeah, there was a little rubber piece of hose put on the end of the main jet that seals against the bottom of the bowel, should stay in or go? Thanks in advance, Jon

Ok. Does it bog at any touch of the throttle?? Or will it rev at all? Also tell me what the spark plug looks like or better yet send me a pic of it to mitchell @ easttexasatv . com sorry for the spacing on the email but bots will runn away with it. Just compress it

I recently picked up one of these quads last weekend and I'm trying quickly to get it running good for an upcoming weekend of riding (if possible). I have a 2000 LT50. Everything seems to be completely stock as far as I know. All restrictors in place, piggyback jet in, and spacer at the top of the slide is in place as well.
I have managed to get it starting perfect and idling great after fiddling with the carb screws (they had been adjusted without a clean carb and were way off). However I seem to have the same issue with it near dying under a load. It seems rev through start to 3/4 throttle but starts to sputter an die at that point.
I've cleaned the filter, the carb (twice), and put all fresh new liquids in it. Plug is fairly new, but will replace that as well.
Only thing I have noticed is that the "tube" at the bottom of the main jet has a sort of tear in it. Could that be a cause of this issue?
Any suggestions would be helpful. Sounds like the poster and myself are having a near identical issue with two totally different setups of the same machine.
