Default 86cc loncin not starting

Hi all. So glad to find this site.

Just got this kids quad. Ithad been setting for some time. Bought new battery and new spark plug. It turns but no sign of even wanting to.fire up. Im checking for spark but see none. Dont lnow if doing it right. Its a new plug so im thinking therer should be spark.

Is there a particular battery ishould of got? I got everstart premium power sport es5lbs from walmart. Followed i.structions and filled it with batt acid and charged it for the spwcified time.

So it.turns but wont start. I would really appreciate any ideas or tricls of the trade that may apply to this little quad and.what the secret ia to get them going (:

I sbould mention that when.i went to pick it up from seller he was able to.start it, although he had to jump it from his car since battery was no good. Thanks in.advance for any help i can get.

Looks like you sorted it out on your own.

I'm glad you got it running...
