I bought a 90 from my buddy that couldnt get it to start. I got it running but when I give it gas it wants to die. any ideas??? I already cleaned the fuel lines, fuel filter, carb, and air filter. I really need some help on this so my daughters and I can go riding soon. Thanks

Fresh fuel too? Plus are you sure the pilot and main jet are open(to where you can see daylight through them)? Sounds like something still stopped up if it just idles. Does exhaust pressure feel strong also? Have had the little ones occasionally carbon up the exhaust system(even at the exhaust port) not allowing them to run right. OPT

fuel isnt fresh its been sitting for a while, there is plenty of exhaust pressure. I might pull the carb again and check it out. now its giving me an issue of not wanting to start. back to the garage i guess.

I agree, It does sound like the carb still.
Gas is terrible now days. With the ethanol, gas cannot sit around like in years past.
Once you rule out the carb, check the compression.
