Default Bought some nerf bars for the lt80 but there too big

As above front tyres catch on them is there any way I can make them fit?

Did you happen to use spacers to widen the front end?
That's usually why they hit.
With aftermarket a-arms or the JLucky extenders they don't hit the tires.

Yes, spacers/studs. They make the turning geometry different.
They make the tire move farther forward/backward.
A-arms make it wider but don't change the tire swing.

Will taking the studs off make them sit 2 inch forward?

No but it'll fix the issue.
Spacers make the tires swing farther.

They shouldn't have even bolted up.
The nerf bars that I've seen/used use the bolt on the footpeg.
