Hey guys I am hoping someone on here may be able to help me out. The factory tires on my sons TRX90 are getting worn out and I would like to replace with a more squared sport type tire however most of the reviews I can find online talk about going down to an 18x10x8 race height tire. The problem with this is the trails around here are extremely rough and he already bottoms out everywhere with the 19 tall tires. I could only picture with the 18's how much worse it will be. Ii know back when I had my 400ex I went to the 22x11 in the rears and it made it a whole lot better. I cannot seem to find out if I can step him up to a 20x11x8 if it wil fit due to the clearance on the exhaust. I know the 20 will rob a little bit of power but has anyone run one on the 90 using the factory rims?

I,m in the same boat as you looking for tires but i found some
Ohtsu -H-trak AT 19x8-8
Cheng Shin CST 39309 Ambush AT 19x8-8
Carlise ATV Wolf tire 19x8-8
I don,t know which one is better I,m still looking need the ground clearance 20in dia ? but got some new ITP rims for it

 

The Ohtsu is the factory tire and the Carlise looks just and rounded so I have been looking at the CST and seriously debating those they are the same size as the factory tires and they are narrow enough to clear everything. If you get them take some pictures and post them up.
