Ok TaoTao 110d. Brake light not coming on when brakes applied. Front brake has the safety switch. How do I fix this? Can start when I jump leads on solenoid. Also once started no power when you accelerate. I'm thinking carb needs cleaned but don't know how to. If anyone has a step by step guide I'm willing to learn.
