Hi, guys. My boy's quad is having trouble starting. It turns over slowly, and if I hold the start button down for more than 1 sec it will make a grinding noise. I replaced the starter, ran it by itself outside the mount, to be sure it was moving freely. I removed the spark plug and tried to turn it over, and nothing changes, turns over slow and makes the grinding noise. I have all the "guarding" off, nothing around the fan or anything. I'm not a gear-head, but i can trouble-shoot just about anything, but i really don't know where to go from here, any help would be greatly appreciated. The quad's details:

no reverse
