Default Kayok 250 atv

I buy and fix atvs, specifically Chinese knockoffs. A lady I sold 2 110's to told me about this atv she had and couldn't find any info on it.I researched it for her and found out what it was. She dropped it off today for me to take a look at the rear frame. At some point it was broken and re-welded very poorly and it cause the shaft drive to bind up.
anyone ever seen one of these before?
Kayok 250. Runs quiet with the volga setup.

for the looks, yes I agree. but from what I can tell, the only thing I can find about this Volga engine is older cars by BVMW.This atv is shaft driven also. The rear end brace has been welded up and it is causing the shaft to bind up and looking the rear end
