Hi Guys,


I have a 2011 Sportsman 90 that doesn't want to run properly.


It will idle playing with the choke but soon as you give it throttle it starts to spit and sputter and eventually stall. It will barely move.


I have had the carb off and cleaned probably 10 times with it only getting slightly better.
- Changed Spark Plug
- Change Fuel Filter
- took apart and cleaned shut off valve
- Cleaned air filter


I am wonder if it could be a weak spark issue or maybe valves out?


Anyone have the Valve spec?


CDI, Coil or Stator?


Any other thoughts?


It seems like fuel issue but I have done everything I could think of and it hasn't made a difference. All jets are clean, float and needle and seat move freely. I thought I was a needle and seat issue but everything looks fine. Any chance it could be the needle and seat? its over $60 for new needle seat and float.
