Okay. I FINALLY got it running. Turns out, it had a tether switch wired instead of a key. Both wires were just hanging there when I got it, so I just wired them all together thinking it would bypass the tether. I was wrong. It runs with both wires touching, but runs like hell. Took them apart and wired a toggle and it runs good.
The only issue now is it takes a whole lot of throttle to get the slipper clutch to grab and move. REALLY high RPMs. When it gets going, it runs decent but kind of feels like the tranny or clutch slips occasionally.
