My daughter will be gifted a 110cc quad for Christmas and this will be her first legit ATV. She grew up on a toddler Kawasaki turbo that she played around with for two years until she flipped it attempting to do tricks. I'd like to get recommendations for appropriate gear and brand name ratings and opinions. I am on the look out for a helmet, pads, and gloves but would like to shop with some knowledge of what to buy and questions to ask instead of blindly going in. Any leads and info will greatly be appreciated from this community.

Don't go cheap on the helmet i wont even look at the big box store helmets dealer or direct from the manufacturer. I went full face with the shield next helmet she wants is like mine with the flip down sun shield in it. I found when i got the chest protector my little one no longer wanted to ride it made her to uncomfortable. I found with my little one when i put communications in the helmets she was much happier riding and so was i. No longer did i have to yell and wave my arms at her.
