Can someone explain to me the procedure for clutch maintenance on my new to me 2004 lt80? I am new to the cvt clutch.

Any youtube videos anyone knows of?

Unfortunately, there are only a couple of youtube vids and they're not that great.


Where are you in the process? If you don't have the footpeg mod then getting the cover off can be a pain. You'll also need an impact driver for removal/assembly.


Once you get both the primary (front) and secondary (rear) clutches off let us know and we can guide you from there...
