Default 60cc quad won't idle after carb cleaned

Purchased a new 60cc chinese quad last year for my daughter and it ran great, inside the garage. She wasn't ready for it last year so it was stored over the winter with the old gas. I tried starting it last week and wouldn't start. I already knew what the problem was and what i had done wrong. Drained old gas and removed the PZ14 carb and cleaned it out very well including jets. Now my problem is that it won't ldle after it starts up right away. i have to keep giving it throttle so it won't die.

Clean the carb again, check and blow out all passages. Got some crud in there somewhere or didnt get something put back together correctly

Ok finally got around to cleaning carb again and it came out worse. It wouldn't start. Luckily i had already ordered a new PZ14 carb from eBay for $25. It was the difference between night and day. My kids quad started instantly even without having to give it throttle.
