Default Hard start after sitting

I bought a 110cc taotao atv, wasn’t running. Had no spark and kill switch was cut. Replaced everything spark related and new switch. Has spark now. Finally got it to run and rides around fine but after sitting over night it is really hard to start. Once started and running it’s fine to cut off and restart. Also has new fuel lines, carb, gas tank. (Was rusted from previous owner) thanks for any advice.

Check valve clearance, if valves close up it drops compression and this seems to affect bikes worse when cold. If it is still bad to start cold, do a compression test. Much under 90psi and you need a top end rebuild.

If compression is that good, it won't be valve clearances. Does the choke work properly? Also possible your new carb is set weak, or has got some dirt in it. New tanks and carbs are not always spotless.
