LT80/KFX80 Mods
#11
Thanks for your input LT 80! I have a 8 year old daughter that has been racing her 2003 LT 80. I changer her bars and got her a set of the Team SoBe graffics and then chopped the fenders for her. I put a AC bumper on the front and got her a set of nerf bars. I put the +3 a arms on it got diff tires front and rear. I put a set of works shocks on it the other day. As far as the motor goes it is still stock, I bought a DG pipe before I realized what was out there for this machine for aftermarket parts. I put some boyseen reeds in and put a block off plate on it for the pre mix other than that it is stock. I havent touched the gearing what do you recconmend there as well? I wanted to wait till she was using all the power to do anything else to the motor. Well now she is using all the motor, I was going to try the clutch mod other than that who or what would you recomend to do to hop the motor up for her. I was thinking of the 105 kit but then it wont be legal. I got a new 20mm carb off of ebay but it doesnt have the rubber intake piece so cant put it on. Any ideas or who should be power demon for this little ride? Thanks any help aprreciated!

Cool to see yet another gal on a quad loving it! brings back memory's.
The DG pipe is fine
I'd recommend a Moore Racing LT motor.Your 80cc motor will spank a 105 with a stock carb and pipe.
I'd wait on gearing till the motor is done.
You can email or PM me.
