I can get a slightly used 03 Cannibal for $2600. Since I will have no warranty or backing how are this thing? Like a honda or in the shop every week? Anyone have a review on the cannondale? TIA

Well, its no Honda reliability wise. Its pretty reliable if you get all the updates done and follow the maintenance schedule in the owners manual. Heres a list of updates:

Motormount Update=30 bucks
Battery Tray Update=80 cents, just put a few washers under the rear part of the battery tray
Crankcase Stud Update=around 50 for a standard one, but for the best its around 100.

Cant remember if there our others, but these are the big ones.

Good luck

Good God, a slightly used '03 Cannibal for $2600!! The person is apparently desparate to sell it, if you don't buy it, let me know how to contact him. I have not had one problem with my Cannibal and I bought mine in October of 2001!!

I'm with Brian, if you don't buy it I would.

I've had mine since Jan 02 with no problems.

I have 3 and no problems. Anyone selling an 03 for $2,600 is an idiot. I will buy all I can for that price.
