C-dale mx440 price?

Well I found a 2003 mx 440 for sale in my local paper for $3800. Is this a good deal? I don't know too much about them because no body ever has them.

The MX is the dirt bike, do you mean the FX? If so, that is a little high for one unless it has quite a few nice additional parts on it.
