will a piped raptor with cam mod beat a piped cannondale cannibal in a 300ft drag? howmuch faster is it than the rap on top end

 

YO WHATS UP? I HAVE AN ALL STOCK 01' FX 400 . MY BUDDIE RICHY HAS A 2002 OR AN 03 (RAPTOR) I REALLY DONT KNOW. WHAT I DO KNOW IS THAT ITI IS BORED .20 OVER AND HAS A PIPE SYSTEM. TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, AND I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH FASTER THE LEGENDARY CANNONDALE (FX) IS THAN THE CANNIBAL, BUT WHEN WE RACE ON THE ROAD OR IN DIRT. THREW THE FIRST 4 GEARS I STAY AHEAD BY SOMETIMES TWO OR THREE TIRE LENTHS BUT WHEN I OPEN HER UP IN 5th ITS LIKE RUNNING A FOOT RACE, WITH RICHIE STANDING STILL.

My stock Speed could not beat a stock Rap. I'll be the first to give credit where it's due, and that is just my experience. A pipe, and a little adjustment on the mapping and it may be a different story.

 

i raced a canninbal440 with my raptor andhe got me off the line and then once i got goin i steady pulled him until we hit 5th and then he pulled back up a little bit but still the rappy wins hands down all the way around in a drag race but now if you get on a track it will be a toatlly different ball game

 

It would be close. An early cannibal will be much faster than later one. Of course mapping will make ALL the difference.

 

ok what about a piped, 03 moto 440 verseus a raptor modded or not, what do you guys think is the verdict. i havent raced anyone on mine so i dont know, also any idea of te top speed of the moto 440 just curious heard they go pretty fast

 

would be close, but i'd say raptor would have it in top end, 440 in accel.

 

it would be close, in 300 foot though, id have to say the canondale would take the raptor
