I don't know much about the Cannondale, but i have heard many great things about them. Stock for stock, how would the best Connondale sport quad (like i said, i dont know much about this brand of atv's) match up with a stock 2006 yfz450?

Wht kind of comparision are you asking about. The moto on an MX track would do better than the YFZ. Power they are close.

It would be very close . Motor wise the yfz might have a little advantage .Suspension wise the moto still rules with the top notch ohlins LT setup. It will always win suspension wise until other factories come out with a wide race ready LT quad. I think rider seating wins on the yamaha and the brakes a very nice. Of course both quads can be modded to perfection.

What about a cannonbal vs. '06 yfz450 in a drag race? All things equalled (rider weight /mods etc.)

 

i have a 05 yfz with a esr pipe and esr filter kit, and a 03 dale with all atk updates, z-400 bearing mod and hmf pipe and the atk has no problem in the dunes getting 2-3 bikes ahead of the yfz.
