I havn't got the service manual yet. The owners manual is fairly standard, lots of safety stuff and the basics for servicing, but it comes in a nice semi-hard cover [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Yeah it is a lot to go through to change the plug but the plug is so deep in the head anyway, you wouldn't access it easily without alot of hassle. This was the first time I fouled it, I got in a hurry and gave it gas and it fouled. The manual says only give it a little throttle if its stone cold and if its warm don't give it any throttle to start but after it starts throttle it a little. When I bought it, the dealer said I needed to give it a little throttle anytime I started it, well I found that it didn't need any throttle to start. I had run it for a few minutes earlier in the day and when I went to start it I figured it was cold and gave it throttle and fouled it. I hadn't had any trouble before that so I figured I was just in too much a hurry.

Nero 3, I have the service manual on order. The owners manual is very weak. I have not had a single problem yet, just a lot of fun. No fouled plugs or anything. If you have any questions just ask.

Moto24 If you're up for a Sand Lake or Jones Creek trip anytime soon lemme know. Probably not too far from ya. I rode near a C-Dale last week at Sand Lake, the guy had several 400ex's with him. Other than the fact it was pretty loud It blended in well enough (red) I didnt notice any drag racing between them. Might have been interesting.

Great, I'm planning on a day trip soon back to Sand Lake, I'll let ya know. We were racing the big bowl Fri. & Sat. night, never saw the red FX out there, thought I was the only one I have the gray and black one. I live up near the college and if you see a green Kawi ZX-9R around town thats probably me [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
