Gabe, the original poster was simply trying to explain the tendency for the FX to stall. A lighter weight bottom end (crank/counterbalancer) builds RPM's faster, but does'nt have as much resistance to stopping than a similar engine with a heavier bottom end. Same situation with compression....a low compression engine will tend to have less resistance of stalling than one with higher compression. A trade off situation.

how does the connondale handle at slow trail speeds(20-35MPH)???
And how is the suspition at slow speeds???
Is it a good all around trail quad???
should I get that instead of the Raptor660R???

i have heard that the suspition is TERRIBLE! haha just kiddin. The Ohlins suspension that somes on the FX should out perform any other stock suspension

Kodiak01 does your C-dale handle the high speed rough stuff well, since you have a steering damper on it. My FX is scary if i'm going though rough in 4th and 5th. The guy at Graydon said he was having the same problem and that the steering damper they were working on would fix it. I'm just wondering if it's chassis design,or a simple fix. Also is your damper rebuildable.
