Brad_L, I'm just wondering how it did in the corners? Could it be better with a lower ride hight? From the pics I've seen the Moto looks alot more higher than the race ready R's.

Hey guys,I went to Paradice motocross in Meca,Georga Sunday and Monday.Cannondale was there with there Blaze and Moto. They let me
ride the blaze but not the moto.I got a good look at it though.
I would have to say it has everything and some. The only thing I
saw that I did not like was the P.O.S. chain slider. On the blaze
the chain slider was much more thicker than the one on the moto.

My ride on the Blaze:

First to say the track was very hard packed with a good bit of
breaking bumps.A real good test for the front suspention. The shocks
handled nice but them xc hole shots make it twitche even with the
dampener.

Next I would have to say that the new FMF pipe and new EFI was awsome. I thought it couldent get any better than my FX but I was
way wrong.

Now for the fun.If any of you have been to this track before you
know this track has huge air jumps.Well I sent that thing flying.
It was a very nice landing every time.Even when you come up a little
short.

The hyd. clutch perch was un belevable.I could pull it in with one
finger all day.

So I can say that I am very interested in Moto, but may wait a
year to se how they do before I get one.

CdaleRacer,

I think the moto performed pretty good in the corners. On the really hardpacked dirt the backend could get a little loose, but it was very controlled very easily with the throttle. The front always went right where you pointed it. It would be hard to say if actually lowering the ride height would help any.

Special,

I was at the same place you are talking about. Paradise Park in Macon, Georgia. I live about 35 minutes away from the track. I was a test rider on Monday 12-3-01, Wednesday 12-5-01 and Saturday 12-8-01. I had lots of fun and I really admire Cannondale for using dealers and consumers to help better their already super product. I am now more impressed with Cannondale than ever and will own a Cannondale quad in the very near future.
