Do the Cannibals with Ohlin shocks have the new fuel mapping? Is it just a new fuel mapping or is it a whole new computer? Are the ones with the cheaper shocks the only ones with the good fuel mapping? I am really confused about this one!

From my understanding is the fx&the 1st run of the cannibals had the old system, the 2nd run had the differnt shocks and the new fixed nonadjusting map system. The only adjustable ones come on the speed, blaze and moto.

You can buy mapping adjustment systems from RSPerformance.

The way I understood it was:

The old Cannibals were setup just exactly like the FX's. They had the Ohlins shocks, non-adjustable mapping(GP Control).

The new Cannibals have Arvin shocks, GP Control, and lower quality wheels.

YoDaddy's Cannibal looks EXACTLY like the 2 Cannibals in Dirt Wheels(which have GP, but Ohlins), and his doesn't have the GP.

I dunno, I wish someone would clarify it.

I don't know if this really matters because they all rip! My dealer said he could adjust the mapping on the Cannible.

I think it is better to get the old one with the Ohlins because they are $$$$. The new fuel mapping may be $500, but that is cheaper than the Ohlin shocks.

From what I have read from Cannondale, I understood all the new Cannondales have the new fuel injection but the Canibal doesn't have the on-the-fly adjustment that the other 3 have. The older
FX400 and Canibal still can be remapped, they just can't hold 3 maps like the new ones.

So you mean I can remap the Cannible I just have to go to the dealer each time I wish to do this? That is fine. Is there a speed or acceleration difference between the 500 and 1000 computer?
