Starting Troubles

Nevermind, you already figured it out. Sorry, I didn't read your last reply. The spark plugs are expensive though.

wat should i beaware of wen riding the cannibal like filing th plugs how do i not do it? and how long does it take to get the sprk plug of and put a new one on? and how many people have had problems wit there cannonale?

JayBR, while your at the parts store pick up a LOT of fuel filters. Your going to need them if you want to keep your quad happy.

I agree the fuel filter interval is every 5 hours.

The filters are cheaper than diagnostic work at the dealership.

5 hours is what? 5 gallons of fuel. Are these filters that prone to failure? After the initial tank, i changed the filter and will probably stay with a 15-20 hour interval.
I have Not fouled a plug in my 500ECU cannibal and it has always started right up. It simply requires a little throttle only when cold. Once warm it does get irritated with any throttle on startup. Sounds like the more sophisticated speed will take a bit to get used to. Wow, but worth it! Had a great ride today and still maintain that the bike gets better everytime I ride it. Thanks for the good C'dale info on this board to Big Noodle, CDDPA, and 4Stroke Madman!
