well you guys I'm starting to like the looks of the Cdales. What do you think would be better, a modded speed like Ellis and Schell are riding, or a moto? I'm looking for the cheapest route here and with the speed I think all I would have to add is shocks, a-arms, axle, nerfs, tires and wheels (which I have already) and probably some handlebars. What do you guys think?

I was wondering about this too. After looking at the blaze, I think the moto is going to be the way to go. The big ? is, how well are the ohlins going to compare against the PEP shocks? Don't forget wave break Rotors, Tag2 bars, higher rev limit, and the swingarm appears to be more durable. The seat is really nice too. I looked at buying the Speed and having trinity make it race ready. You can expect to pay about 4-5K to make it into a moto.

Shift-
Buy the Cannibal and set it up your self. Because then you can get PEP shocks or axis like on your R, and they will handle better then the ohlines without a doubt.

thats what I was thinking. If I got a Speed or a Cannibal I could get PEP Elka or Axis and it'd be cheaper and I'd get what I wanted. And does the speed and moto come with the mapping adjust on the handlebars or is that optional?

Kory Ellis actually has a Cannibal. The Speed, Blaze, Moto, and newer Cannibals have the GP Control. Seeing how you want to buy wheels and tires and shocks anyways, I would try to find one of the newer Cannibals. It's going to take quite a while before I can afford all that stuff so I'm happy with the older model that I have. It has aluminum wheels and the Ohlin shocks.

Its a tough decision Shift. I think it would be cheaper for a person to get the Moto in the long run if they didnt already have any parts they could bolt on. Getting a Speed or Cannibal you would have the choice of what parts to put on it though like, Laeger, Walsh, Axis, Renthal, instead of what Cannondale puts on the Moto. The thing is that no one outside of C-Dale and their test riders know how strong and how good the stock parts on the Moto are. I'm not saying they will be but, who knows the Ohlin shocks could some how be better than the others.
