Yodaddy- red would look sweet, unless the you really shine up the frame. All my riding friends want you and lonestar to come ride in aledo this year sometime.

CornDog, you shouldn't be running around the Net telling people about this 61hp Cannondale when you really don't know any facts about it. But, in your defense, I've been told by 2 different dealers in 2 different states the same thing. Both dealers told me they were invited to the Cannondale plant and Cannondale themselves gave dealers this info. They told them that a simple remap and pipe would yield 61hp. As we all know, there's no way a remap and pipe is going to get you 50% more HP. From what I've gathered about this 61hp Cannondale was that it was a 454cc bore motor set up for drag racing. Details about the motor weren't given except for displacement.

<< I think the chrome swingarm might clash a little with the aluminum frame unless you can polish the frame to the point it's as shiny as chrome. Red shock covers will show the dirt worse than blacks, I have blacks and they always look good. >>

My frame is polished and so is the swingarm but I want to get the swing arm either red or black. Thats what I'm trying to decide. Chrome axle and "chrome looking" swingarm and frame might be a bit much.

14min- I would deffinitely like to go riding with you guys some time. Do yall race MX? If so, you should check out Badlands MX or Village Creek MX. If yall don't race, yall should try it. Me and lonestar both do most of our riding on the track, and if we aren't on the track, we still try to find some good jumps. In fact, all our riding buddies race. Me on the dale, Lonestar on either is shee or the R, DJ on his 400ex, and Jake on his CR 125 usually all go to the tracks together and we are all going to Little Saharah in a couple of weeks too. E-mail me sometime. taz_ex@hotmail.com

I believe 61hp is a stretch on the stock bore, but it is highly possible for the 454. However, YoDaddy is 100% correct. I have ridden his Cannibal more than I've rode my own 250R(heh, and no, that's not an exaggeration), and it feels GOOD! I rode it one day, came home, and a buy was sitting here with a Raptor. I hopped on it, and yes, maybe I was expecting a little too much from the "king" of speed, but I was severly disappointed. Talk about tame? I don't mean to start a pi$$ing match, but seriously guys, that motor stinks when its stock. I guess all Yamaha motor's are sleepers, until you mod them. The Banshee is a classic example.

14mins, why do you want us to come? So the NOS'd 686 can have 2 more on the "defeated" list? Sounds fun, we'll be there sometime this summer.

YoDaddy, you'll have to let him take the Dale for a spin.. Just to tease him about a REAL machine

yodaddy, lonestar- We just like to ride, all in fun. You don't have to race but the temptation....... We have plenty of stock and modded machines. I have a full blown mx track at my house. I think there are pics at north texas raptor riders. Don't know the web address. The more the better, just want to see the cannon in action, there are none around here. I would hope the 686 would put both on the "kill" list., but you would be safe on the track. I have spent $$$$ putting this place together for fellow quad riders. I have no problems with cannons, just corndogs bs. If i was a mx'er i would have one!! Thinking of building a fast, fast 'shee to go with my trail riding raptor. Come down you will not be dissapointed! Lonestar have you ever ridden the weatherford mx track? Totally redone this year!! I have a fear of falling. lol
