How much of a difference does an hmf silencer make on a cannondale?

I think its something like an 8% gain with pipe and remap

The HMF is the best pipe for the $ right now.

according to the owner of rs performance
its a 2 to 4 hp gain over stock
stock hp is 38
while that doesnt sound like a lot think of how light the cannondales are
can you say power to weight ratio?
