I just called Cannondale and they are going to ship me a new engine rail for free! Now that's good customer service!

corndog, you didn't have to bring your quad to a dealer so he could see your frame? you just had to call and tell them and they are shipping you the parts? hmmmm well just incase your not full of ****(which you def are) then could someone here call cannondale and tell them they their frame broke, their motor blew, and their suspension is twisted so i can assemble a new quad.

I think that it is awesome that Cannondale is standing behind their product to this extent. I will definately have Cannondale high on my list when I look at buying a new 2003 sport quad (I just wish that they would change the plastic).
