I was wondering if anybody else has trouble finding neutral "while the engine is running"? It is not a problem while it is not running.

Yea,

I have a new Speed about 6 hours on it. Most of the time you have to shut the bike off to talk so no big deal. I did find it easier to go from second down than first up. It took awhile but now I know what to FEEL for.

It is a little tricky to find neutral.I also find it easer to get to from 2nd gear.

That's what I found to. I was just seeing if it is a common problem.

I have the same problem with my Cannibal. Had the same problem on the FX400 when I had it also.

I don't have any trouble, I believe your dealer was right msracer98, it does get easier.
I do seem to miss shift from 1st to 2nd sometimes, and hit neutral.rider error i guess.

YoDaddy's is hard to find too. I was searching for my 250R's countershaft bolt, and had to kill it before it would slide in. Not a problem to me though.

I just have to vent here. Cannondales rock. I dont care what anyone says, that motor is awesome! It revs so hard its unreal.
