Has anyone had there EFI re-mapped from the stock cannibal to the moto mapping? I was thinking of changing the pipe & going with the moto mapping. But my dealer told me it would move my low & mid range to a hard hitting top end. I like to do some trail riding with my son and don't want to loose my low-end torque. But I do MX too. Just contemplating what to do.

Maybe the Blaze remapping might be best for you. Unless you are a pro or a good GNC racer, I don't think that the difference between a moto and blaze remapping is going to be that big of a deal on the mx track. I'm sure the blaze map would do just fine for the "average mx'er".

P.S. I know there is a difference between the blaze and moto mapping... I was trying to say that if you aren't a full time mx racer, the blaze mapping will do good on the mx track as well as in the woods.

Trout- are you sure? I don't know much about the mapping and computer and all that but I believe you can have the 500 remapped but that the 1000 can "store" more maps... If I am way off, PLEASE let me know. I wouldn't want to give someone the wrong information.

I've had the moto map installed on my cannibal plus the HMF silencer but I've yet to ride it. Going to Little Sahara this weekend so I'll report back in when I get back. I would also call Kyle or Carey at R&S Performance and ask them if there are major differences between the Blaze and Moto maps.

I rode the Moto and Blaze Map and really didnt notice a difference but the dealer told me the racers said they liked the Moto map better as they could keep the front wheels on the ground better to get the holeshot so thats why I have the Blaze map.

I have a moto-map on my cannibal, I really couldnt tell you if there's a difference, there's a ton of more bottom end than a 400ex that piped and jetted with an air filter, its lifts the wheels right off the ground with no effort. carey told me i'd get more low-mid range power.
