I just added both of your emails to my atv group list. So from now on, anytime I am planning to ride, I will give at least a week's notice to all the riders I know. This will hopefully get us bigger groups of guys to ride with. Okay, time for me to relax on the couch with a beer....long day.

All you guys that ride Florencec, Sand lake, etc... what are the "rules" there? I was told that you could light off fireworks and such at night, but want to know the truth. How would they feel about Spud Guns?

 

Hey Chad, thanks for showing me them nice sand tires. I am stoked about getting mine. They should ship in about 5 days. I couldn't believe how light weight they are.

If I drag my Cdale over would you show me how to get my spark plug out/(how to find it). Do I need a special socket for that?
By the way what are you running an 8 - 9 - or a 10 plug? I have read posts in here re: the 8 being the better way to go. I have what ever factory decided to stick in it. I would like to go hotter though.

Did you go to Estacada? I think where I went last week probably got snowed on the past couple days.

OUCH !!! you were right BIll I should have called ya.... That Raptor you mentioned...well it sort of ate my dale up! Needed those paddle tires fer sure. But then....I can blame ChadEX cause he was driving it. He let the raptor win,,, I know it..I think he didn't know to start in second gear. I will get em next time..

Coarse then me and that Honda had a go ! Seriously Thanks for the offer Bill. I ordered me up a set of the Geckos, and Kenda Dune runners. Shipping in 4- 5 days I hope. Hey Bill I will call ya the first part of the week, I would really appreciate ya helping me walk through an oil and spark plug change man.

Sorry we didn't spend more time with ya, but you guys are a bit more experienced than us and Shanna just needed some time at first to build confidence in the sand. Had a great time, today, perfect weather. We came back and had lunch then went out again till 5:30. Got more confident as the day wore on, but dang we both sore as heck now.

Geesh....blaming the loss to the Raptor on me. Well...all I can say is get the paddle tires on it, and you'll hook up alot more power to the ground. Even without the paddles, I was keeping up with him pretty good. And... I "let" you beat my 400ex. Like we didn't allready know what the outcome of that drag race would be :-) I like my bike, gets me where I want to go...but there are alot of faster ones out there...Including yours!! It was a great day. I'm still feeling pretty beat up after riding all the whoops on the trail. I'm going to order some dune-trakkers here on Monday. I definitely like how they keep the front end from pushing.

 

Chad, Don't worry the Honda is a great machine. Sounds like you guys had a great time. I'm heading out to the road you told me about this morning and scout it out with a buddy. Looking forward to gettin' on the 'Dale. I've rode them both and you can throw in a couple of Raptors a 250r and I had fun on all of them.

Steve is yours a cannibal or a speed?

Wish I was there. Well I'm riding today for a little while anyway. I love to go all out or putt around or just sit on it in the garage it doesn't matter it's all good.
