I ride mine usually on the weekend,but when i do probaly abround 9-10. But it lovess it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I don't know about anitifreeze spewing on me (you may have to bleed your coolant or tighten your coolant cap) but I ride 3x a week (rocky trails, hillclimbs mainly ) on about a 6-8 on the trail scale. I put on about 10 hrs a week . Adios
