400ex-pro-circuit slip, re-jetted- K&n filter.
400ex-fmf t4 slip, re jetted K&n filter, 18-tamer
z400-stock
cannibal-hmf pipe,moto map, 18 holshots,38 rear sprocket
The race about 100-150 yards on med-hard pack dirt- When I raced on the z400- i beat the 400's by 1 1/2 quad lengths. against it I beat it by 5-6 lengths. it defintaley doesnt have the pull of the dale. Defintaley not as much power. I started 3 lengths behind everyone and beat them by 3 lengths. No brainer against the dale.

 

Do you know how it compares to the Raptor?

 

I take back about the shocks being softer. They are until you jump it, they bottom easier where my dale doesnt bottom at all. Its geared almost the same as my dale. it takes the jumps in the same gears. Whats the rev limiter set at on the z400? I wasnt reving very high but it still beat the 400's. I think the only thing that is gonna beat it is a bored 400ex. Honda's in a heap of trouble!!! There are no Raptors around here I think. Ive never ridden one, So i couldnt tell ya.
