I'm running the blaze mapping in my quad and it has the stock pipe on it. I can say if it make a big difference since it was remapped when I bought it, thanks to the dealer. When I told him that I planned on races GNCC's him just went ahead and remapped it. My guess is it will tone down the hard hittingness and make it a little more controllable power, which is go for woods racing. You won't get the full effect without a less restictive pipe (like the blaze's or HMF, or Big gun. I plan on changing the pipe down the road, but I'm hoping Paul Turner comes out with a pipe, cause they are my first choice since I have had good luck and like their pipe on my lt250r.
