What's the voltage of the battery? When it get's just a little low- no go. When it's low, it'll turn over fine, just little slower, but it won't start. If it were a carb'ed engine, it would definitely start, but the ECU isn't getting enough power because the starter is sucking all the current. Did you maybe leave the key on after pulling it into the truck? That will discharge the battery slowly. Somebody [psted a minimum voltage a while back, but I don't remember what it was- 11.20 or something. A good battery should be reading above 12, near 12.50.
I don't know, just my thoughts of something to check.

Special, this happened twice to me and it is the ecu. I checked everything, fuse, voltage, etc. on mine. I was out riding shut it off and then went to fire it up to load it and the fuel pump wouldn't turn over. I could get my fuel pump to work if i ground the positive side to the fuel pump body, that way I knew it wasn't the fuel pump. This shouldn't damage the computer due to the inline fuse. I would say it is the ecu. The remap shouldn't have affected the ecu. Check with the dealer and he should replace it free and should also remap it for you for no charge. If he says he can't then i'd rag on him a little. hopefully this will help you out.
