I didn't mean for this thread to turn into a pissing contest. Whatever works for everyone is the way it should be. The main issue is safety. If yodaddy wants to run his way fine, I'm sure he knows how to inspect his ride and catch a pre-failure. So lets get back to subject at hand.

Is anyone running widened front ends and not rear?

It may just be my riding style but I had put some offset rims up front on my speed and it helped alittle in cornering but got more feed back from braking bumps through the bars. When I put the extended rpm axel on that made a big diference in the turns and brought my lap times down at least 2 seconds.Im waiting for my tierods for my moto front end and I will post how much of a diference I feel when its all complete.

I installed moto a-arms and shocks along with a L-star axle.Cannot believe the difference in handling.I can hit any whoops and not have a worry. Also rides like a caddy now.

I got my axle installed last night and got to ride a bit this morning with the new package. What a difference, so much more stable in the corners.

Hey Guys, my 03 Speed is about a month old and just put a lonestar axle on it and it helped out a lot in turns and stability. I have friends that race and they can't afford to get a arms so they flipped there rims so they can get some width. I didn't like the idea that they did it but it's their bike they do what they want to it.All long as we can all ride together i really don't care. To each his own.
