Hey yall, I am planning on getting a blaze, but I have noticed that the majority of you have cannibals or Speeds. why is that? Is there anything wrong with the Moto's or the Blaze?

Me personaly I wanted a moto but the girlfriend couldn't see paying $12k for a quad. But could see paying $8k for a speed and get the MX parts over time that was eaiser.

There is certainly not anything wrong with them. Most of us Cannibal and Speed owners wish we were on Moto's and Blaze's. If you can afford the Blaze or Moto, go with one of those depending on your riding style. Blaze for woods/trails, and Moto for MX/TT.

I would have to agree. For the price the blaze and moto are worth. By the time you buy all the parts for a cannibal or speed to convert it to the blaze or moto you'll have spent more money. But not all of us have or are willing to spend that much up front on a quad, plus some of us just like adding are own personal touch to the quad. If you have the money and wanted one totally race ready buy the blaze or moto, if not buy the speed or cannibal. I bought the speed for many reasons.

1. new machine and really didn't know if I would like it. (i've always been a 2-stroke man)
2. I like setting them up with a personal touch, like different pipe, shocks etc.

After owning the speed, I wish I would have bought the blaze. I would have saved some money in the long run. Live and learn. Now I'm planning on getting a Gas Gas. Something new and different.

I have a 03 Blaze on order. I'm coming off a 15 year run on 250R's!

I bought a Refurbed Cannibal to see if I'd like the Cannondales before I spend $10,000 on a new quad. If everything goes right, I'll have a new Blaze next year.
