I went to Gncc's website to check the results of round 10 and noticed that there was a message stating that the D-5 harescramble this weekend at the same track we run the RD 11 GNCC (High Point). Here's what they posted:

This weekend's District 5 Hare Scramble at High Point Raceway has been cancelled. Dry weather has left the course covered in dust, and we need to preserve the track for next weekend's GNCC. The GNCC is STILL on. And all other scheduled motocross races at High Point this weekend, including Saturday's Vet National and Sunday's District 5 PA State Championships are STILL on. So save the bark busters and the big tank for next weekend and do some moto work on this one.
