MAYBE A RERUN, MAYBE NOT
#1
I don't know if this has been discussed, or has happened to anyone else.
I had a problem on my Cannibal. It died and wouldn't start. Kept backfiring. Thought it had burnt a valve. Come to find out, it had backfired and blew the throttle body clear off the intake. The screws in the clamps were either loose from the factory, or vibrated loose.
It was easy to fix, but left me stranded when it happened.
It is definitely worth checking to make sure yours are tight.
Just a friendly tip, might save your engine if the clamp on the breather is loose too, as mine was. Luckily hadn't sucked any air through there though.
