lose the frog look

Yeah I was thinking about getting raptor plastic for my speed so people would think its slow but I dont want to make my self look bad ie. riding in America on a bike that was not made here! I think if you get some plastic like the full bore 250r race kit it will fit with some help. I know people will flame on what I just said but I dont care because, I am AMERICAN, I ride AMERICAN, in AMERICA!!!

I thought the same thing when the Dales were first released. Pictures of Dales are so unflattering and I swore I could never own a Dale just because of how ugly they are, that is, until I saw one in person at a race. I think they're great looking in person but do think that a restyle couldn't hurt. The Moto number plate REALLY helps disguise the nose and would suggest that first. I do think that Cannondale should try and reshape the nose a little bit on future models. It needs to be narrowed and lose the coal shovel look.
As sweet as Kory Ellis' black 250R plastic looks, I still want Cannondale's to look different. That's one thing that bums me out at the races. No matter if the quads are 250R, DRZ, CRF, or YZF powered they all sport 250R plastic and none of them looks distinguished from the next quad of a different powerplant.

I seen in a magazine that someone makes an adapter kit for 250r plastic. I was wondering if you could get the plastic for an 89 250r and stick one of the headlights in it since it has a molded plastic headlight mount. I love the look of that year of 250r.
