Hi all,

Quick one for you. Those of you in California with a 2003 'dale, particularly a Cannibal; did you get a Green sticker or a Red sticker? I have fallen in love with that USA edition Cannibal, but I'm not buying anything that I can't ride during the summer! The Glamis is supposed to be green sticker legal, but also costs $1200 more.

Any help I could get on this would be most appreciated.

I think I read in a previous post that you could get anything but the blaze and moto green stickered, its an option from your dealer. Might want to find out from Cannondale, dealers dont usually have a clue.

 

rewmember that you can purchase ANY cannondale and have it remapped to to the specs of a blaze or moto or whatever... so get the bike that is green stickered. and have it mapped to behave like a red sticker bike

Just wanted to close this thread in case anyone does a search on it in the future, the info will be here. The 2003 Cannibal IS California Green Sticker Legal. I called the dealer and he checked the VIN for me and confirmed. The Blaze and Moto are the only 2003 models that would receive a red sticker, which in case your interested, in California that means that you could only ride them during certain times of the year (i.e., not summer) at most state ORV areas.

Damn enviro-****'s! Never vote for a democrat, or you can look forward to stupid laws like this in YOUR state too!
