Cannitor,

If your in Florida, then drive 2 hours north to Palatka. Marcum's Motorsports. 386-325-6060. Ask for Terry. If Terry can't get you a pipe in time, then tell him to sell you my new one and I'll wait for the next shipment. I don't need it right away. Then you can get the silent insert at a later time. Atleast this will get you to the race on time.

I'll email Terry, and when you call, tell him that Jim Vito said you could buy his new pipe and he'll wait for the next shipment.

I will check on sending the whole quad to Trinity for the RE-MAP, I have to stop by there today anyway.

The Pipe they offer isn't as loud as my HMF slip-on. IMHO I have a Db meter so it looks like it's time to break it out.

Why in the world would Trinity require you to ship or take your quad to their shop to do a remap, that's not necessary. I shipped my ECU to R&S, that's all they need, they don't need the entire quad. I'm confused!!

Yeah, Terry is a great guy. He's my "local dealer" all the way up here in PA. He's the one that got me into the Cannondale craze. He'll take good care of you. Believe it or not....I've been to the shop twice! I even helped carry the tables and stuff into his new shop.

Let us know how the first race goes.

i got the full hmf system on my cannibal, it is loud if you get on the gas. i love the way it sounds. bottom line, the louder the pipe the more power it will usually make. unless you run a quiet type of silencer, i would think all the pipes would be close in noise level. remember if your woods racing to get the extra spark arrester for the hmf. it's a seperate end cap that replaces the one on the silencer. i think it's about $20 bucks. i have read a couple of articles where the big gun exhaust was having some type of problems with thier exhaust tearing up. anyone else heard this?
