Well I dropped the quad off last night at 8pm and Kyle called me this morning at 8am and said he had her fixed. He said he had it fixed last night(this morning) at 2am. It was a bad rectifier/regulator, go figure. No cost for parts or labor, what a deal and what service! Now I will have to buy a lot of parts to make up for that!

THANKS KYLE!

That's definitely some good service! Guess you have to make the trip back over there to pick it up now, ehh?

Here's an idea: Take someone with you and you can ride the quad back! Yeah, that's it!!

I was on the phone late last night with Kyle and he said someone had just dropped one off that the bought in VA. I knew exactly who he was talking about.

Glad you got it fixed.

Kewl ZR,

By a map select kit now and hang on..............................I'll bet this is the look on your face

Have you ever driven any other Dale quad? If so how does the Blaze compare? I will probably be buying one from Kyle next Spring.

P.S. When you pick up your quad ask him if my Hipers are in yet. LOL

Well I just got back from another 400mi. trip. I can't say enough about R&S, Kyle has got to be one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

dubya1: I will get the "map select kit" just as soon as I sell the spare motor I just picked up. I haven't had a chance to ride any other cannondale except the blaze. This weekend we are heading to Haspen so I should have some drag racing results, so far the blaze feels pretty close to the 686 Raptor. Your name did come up this afternoon when we were talking about the Blaze and Hipers. He said he had one of the last sets in the country on a show quad that he built for Hiper(Sweet Ride!). He did however say that they(Hiper) were supposed to have something like 5000 rims in stock shortly(He told me when but I can't remember, long drive!).

I would have to say that no one in the country has a better supply of aftermarket Cannondale parts than R&S, you name it Kyle's got it.

Let me add that all the guys on here should really consider giving Kyle and his business all of our support...the guy is about the best thing going for us Cannondale owners. I have to echo what was said about him being the nicest guy you'll ever deal with and also very knowledgable about all aspects of the Cannondales.
I just ordered the Black anodized HMF full system from him and after a few minutes on the phone was amazed at all the parts he carries IN STOCK that you will have a very hard time finding anywhere else. Anyways, Thank You, Kyle and R&S!!! JIM

Kyle let me tag along for the demo at "The Badlands" a couple weeks ago and I got to ride a stock speed for a moment and then took the Blaze out at the end of the day.

The speed was great ,but the Blaze was awesome. It handled so great. I tried it on the same stuff I was pounding mine over and the Blaze just floated over it. It also had a smoother power band than mine.

Got to meet a couple of the reps, also. I don't think you can find a nicer bunch of guys. Kyle has really bent over backwards to help me out a couple of times.

Add me to the list of grateful R/S customers. They've helped me out several times and i do buy some stuff now and then. I like to buy stuff through my local (1.5 hrs away) dealer too, to keep him interested. He didn't sell one for months after mine but has moved 3 in the last month! Cool.

Anything aftermarket for my dale i'll buy from Kyle its just so great talking to him. He realy is the cannondale guru But for any thing factory I go with my dealer because they are 20 mins from the factory and they can get parts ussaly either the same day or next.

I'm an R&S fan too. I bought my Speed from them and live all the way in NC.
