I agree that prices in Ca are higher as are some of the wages paid. Most of the dealerships even out here cannot afford the body on the payroll to do this. McDonalds, Home Depo, Sears, have HUGE cash flow and can swing the extra body driving around.
You might want to call the owner and set up an appointment to see and demo one.
If you get the gas and detail deal let me know, It would make my weekend alot better.
How oftern do you think these things need to go to the dealership?

At the dealership I work at we are open late on wed and fri.Sat we close early so we can go riding.The type of dealer you want wouldnt be a enthusiast who understands how much fun it is to ride and how much of a bummer it is when you have problems.Most good dealers and mechanics are involved in the sport and will stay late to get the job done.Offer to assist on the setup of your quad most will be very happy to show you the process.The type of dealer you want would be like a Walmart where all that matters is the dollar you wouldnt buy a quad from them would you.

I know level of convenience is a matter of personal opinion but I would drive two hours to get a Dale especially to RS Performance which is one of the top Dale dealers in the country.

Okay Boys I will quit bitchin and buy one but if I have to start taking this thing back every week you guys are really going to see the post come up at ATV Connection.Smitty911 at least you have a sense of humor and some good points to bring up about my complaining. Rule # 1 with a cannondale... hold on! lol they will scare you lots of times. I have had mine for 6 months and it scars me every time i get on it. well i am not scared so much any more.. its more like WOW. I come over stuff and wheelie down the back side sitting down.
I though i had it hard. Trinty is about 40 mins away and my dealer is about 5 in the truck. I rode my bike down today and it was windy and i wash just wishing i would have drove but anyways i would drive 4 hours each way for my baby. I away keep looking in the back of the truck when i take her some where. The point is get one and you will do anything for her.
